Controller of personal data

Furthermore, we are also the controller of processing the personal data for marketing to or mailing our customers and other contacts.
Processing of personal data in connection with the booking of a hotel room
In connection to the bookings you make yourself or by others acting on your behalf, we process the personal data necessary for fulfilling the booking agreement and purchase of services. This comprise of the information you give us directly or indirectly via a travel bureau or an agent. We will process data about your identity, contact information as well as information about the payment. Furthermore, we will also process data which you have given us that is important for your stay at the hotel. We register all purchases and orders you make, for instance restaurant and room service, in order for us to deliver these services and for you to be able to pay for them. Contacts before, during and after your stay via phone and email may also occur and we process this data in our system as long as it is necessary for us to fulfill the booking agreement with you and as long as current law and regulations demand us to do so.
Processing of personal data for marketing purposes
We will use your email address or other contact channels you have provided in order to send news and offers in accordance with the rules regarding customer relations found in the Swedish Marketing Act.
You can at any time retract a consent previously given to us and you can also decline any marketing according to the rules of existing customer relations. You can do this by sending an email to info@denola.se
Processing of personal data for other purposes
If you contact our customer service or if you turn to us with inquiries in any other way, we will process the personal data you give to the extent which is necessary to reply and log your question. The basis for this is legitimate interests in order to fulfill an agreement with you or to reply to your inquiries.
In some cases, apart from the data processing described in our integrity policy or based on your consent, we may be obliged to process personal data if Swedish law, including the GDPR, legal order from authorities or courts requires us to do that.
Transfer and lawful processing of personal data
We do not transfer any personal data to a third party without your consent or unless Swedish law, including the GDPR, legal order from authorities or courts obliges us to do that.
